CANCELLED - Safety & Science of Home Food Preservation: Water Bath Canning In-Person
The Friday class is mandatory if you have never taken a food preservation course before. The Friday courses are all the same but are mandatory for first timers because this course teaches you the basics of food handling in a classroom setting. You only need to take one Friday class in order to be certified for the other classes.
