Cancelled - Home Food Preservation: Water Bath Canning In-Person
Students must have taken the Friday class in order to be able to do this class.
Water bath canning is a food preservation method specifically used for high acid or acidified food products such as fruit and some vegetables. Students will learn how to properly handle the fruit or vegetables and how to store these items based on how they were prepared. The instructor will bring fresh ingredients to work with as well as all the utensils needed to make these products. Only people that have taken the Friday class and have registered will be able to participate in the class. Please sign up for the class ahead of time to participate.
