Safety & Science of Home Food Preservation: Dehydration In-Person
The Friday class is mandatory if you have never taken a food preservation course before. The Friday courses are all the same but are mandatory for first timers because this course teaches you the basics of food handling in a classroom setting. You only need to take one Friday class in order to be certified for the other classes. The instructor is being generous in having multiple Friday classes for anyone that is new.
